About This Product

■ Simple motor driver with only the functions required for the control of the motorThe power control and the signal processing of the sensor are performed, but the rest are entrusted to the upper controller. Therefore, you can design a controller that directly controls the motor. The advanced control that eliminates unnecessary functions and controls multiple axes such as robots is also up to the controller program.

Not only DC motors, but also brushless motors without brushes and servo motors for FA can be controlled.

■ We recommend the design of your controllerThe hardware required to operate the amplifier MTMATE is the RS232C of the interface, and you can use a very common device.

For example, microcomputers and DSP always have multiple UARTs with RS232C functions. In addition, the CPU board for built -in applications has 2-4 RS232C ports. Communications are high (up to 1Mbps), and the current / voltage and encoder data are concentrated in only 2 or 3 bytes, so a control cycle of 0.25 ms or less can be realized.

■ Providing practical sample programsThe Sample Program Leo_eservo to operate the MTMATE actually works on the open software microcomputer board Arduino. We also provide a circuit diagram to add to Arduino, so you can program a controller that actually drive the motor using MTMATE at a little cost and time.

Simple hardware can be highly functioned by software. You can also experience motor control in a short time on Arm MBED microcomputer boards such as Nucleo.

■ For those who feel the burden of the program, we will provide a program based on the desired specifications for a fee.You can design a high -performance device much lower price than combining commercially available equipment. We look forward to your consultation.
