■Processing/observation coaxial optical unit (fixed optical system type)
This is an observation unit used for high-power processing lasers such as YAG lasers. You can coaxially observe machining conditions and machining positions that cannot be seen directly. The captured images are output on a monitor through a CCD camera and used. For example, it is effective as an observation optical unit for YAG laser point welding systems, YAG laser repair systems, laser drilling systems, etc.

■Features
・This unit is mainly used in processing optical systems of high-power lasers such as YAG and excimer, and is used to coaxially observe processing conditions that cannot be confirmed directly visually.
- By inputting the captured video information to a CCD camera, it can be observed on a monitor.
・Can be used not only for high-power lasers but also for low-power laser optical systems.
- Compatible with lasers of various wavelengths such as YAG and excimer lasers by replacing the objective lens and dynamic mirror of the standard lens barrel. (YAG: 1.06μm, 532nm, 352nm, 266nm, excimer: 352nm, 308nm, 282mm, 248nm, 193nm, etc.)
・Since the illumination system is coaxial epi-illumination, it is possible to observe with a brighter amount of light compared to indirect illumination systems.
・Two types of laser introduction parts are available as standard: a connector type (JISFOI (FC) compatible type) and an open type (inlet type). Please specify when making an inquiry.
・In addition to standard specifications, we can also accommodate changes in design wavelength, working distance, etc. (separate meeting)
