About This Product
For the first time in the world, we successfully developed a titanium flexible tube in cooperation with Nippon Steel Corporation and used it in an immersion heat exchanger. Due to the fluid turbulence effect generated by the spiral shape of the flexible tube and the increased heat transfer area, thermal efficiency is more than twice that of the straight tube type.
As a result, the performance of conventional small heat exchangers can be greatly improved due to the large size reduction and flexibility of the flexible product. Also, by using titanium nipples, problems such as leakage are prevented. The turbulence effect repeats the "self-cleaning phenomenon" that automatically removes deposits, making it difficult for water scale, oil film, dirt, etc. to adhere. It has become an essential heat exchanger for cultivation and fishing.
