About This Product

■RF MEMS switch

・Our RF MEMS switch is a multi-channel micromechanical switch. ・Our RF MEMS switch features high power, low loss, high linearity, low power consumption, high reliability (more than 3 billion switching operations), air gap isolation, high speed switching, and small size (2.5mm x 2.5mm). ) is provided. These switches are supported by advanced technologies from Menlo Micro, including advanced materials science from General Electric and mature through-glass via technology from Corning. This results in a robust and highly reliable switch capable of forward output power of over 25W. It is an ideal solution as an alternative to large RF electromagnetic relays and RF microwave solid state switches in applications where large linearity and insertion loss are important parameters.

■Details of MM5140

This high-power SP4T RF MEMS switch provides a highly reliable switch with over 25W forward power per channel from DC to 8GHz. Additionally, the MM5140 offers ultra-low insertion loss and excellent linearity, and has over 3 billion switching cycles. This solution is an ideal replacement for large RF electromagnetic relays and RF/microwave solid state switches in applications where linearity and insertion loss are important parameters.
