■Semiconductor miniature solid state relay
Our Opto-MOSFET relays are solid state relays focused on high load voltage capability with optically isolated relay inputs and outputs. Applies to both DC and AC applications. Our Opto-MOSFET relays combine features such as long life with non-contact design, ultra-compact/light weight, low drive current, high insulation, excellent shock resistance, fast switching, quiet operation, and excellent linear performance. Masu. By using silicon carbide as the MOSFET material, we have further improved the load voltage capability, increasing the load voltage to a maximum of 3,300V.
Most Opto-MOSFET relays are ACE-Q101 certified for strong operation under fluctuating environments. All manufacturing processes are conducted in a 1k grade clean room at Bright Toward's Hsinchu factory and are ISO9001 and IATF16949 certified.

Our high load current Opto-Si MOSFET relay product line can load currents from 1A to 7A. These optically coupled miniature opto-MOSFET relays are applicable to both AC and DC applications and have Form A and Form B contact options.

TOWARD RELAYS uses advanced and mature MOSFET technology to introduce single pole single throw normally open type 24 series IC solid state optomos relays with load voltage 40V and load current 2.5 Amps. Our Opto-Mos relays consist of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED. With I/O resolution capability available at 5,000Vrms, this relay is suitable for instrumentation, industrial machinery and equipment, power control, and security equipment.
