■Semiconductor miniature solid state relay
Our Opto-MOSFET relays are solid state relays focused on high load voltage capability with optically isolated relay inputs and outputs. Applies to both DC and AC applications. Our Opto-MOSFET relays combine features such as long life with non-contact design, ultra-compact/light weight, low drive current, high insulation, excellent shock resistance, fast switching, quiet operation, and excellent linear performance. Masu. By using silicon carbide as the MOSFET material, we have further improved the load voltage capability, increasing the load voltage to a maximum of 3,300V.
Most Opto-MOSFET relays are ACE-Q101 certified for strong operation under fluctuating environments. All manufacturing processes are conducted in a 1k grade clean room at Bright Toward's Hsinchu factory and are ISO9001 and IATF16949 certified.
■Optical MOSFET relay (600V to 1500V)
Our high load voltage opto-Si MOSFET relay product line includes opto-MOSFET relays that can load voltages from 600V to 1,500V. Additionally, there are load voltage options greater than 1,500V, see the "SiC Chip" subcategory for loading voltages from 1,800V to 3,300V.
