About This Product

Application: Rectifies the input from the AC power supply to DC and outputs it to the electromagnetic chuck. In addition, rapid automatic demagnetization is activated to reduce the residual attraction force of the electromagnetic chuck.

■Features

- Comes with an interlock circuit. ・Demagnetization operates quickly with one push of a switch. It is programmed to provide a stable demagnetizing effect in the shortest possible time. ・ES-M305B can be used with either AC100V/200V input. ・It has excellent noise resistance and exhibits stable performance even under certain noise environments. ・DC output voltage is constant. -The basic functions necessary for controlling the electromagnetic chuck are summarized in an extremely compact manner. Precautions for use: Since the ES-M103B is a low-priced and popular model, some of the features listed above may be omitted.

■Electro chuck master selection

Kanetec's Electro Chuck Master consists of a rectifier and an electronically controlled degaussing circuit. The degree of residual magnetism varies greatly depending on the material, shape, mass, etc. of the workpiece, so it is necessary to set the dial to the demagnetization time (several seconds to tens of seconds) that suits the workpiece. The most effective degaussing pattern at the set time is pre-programmed into the microcomputer, and degaussing is performed automatically with a button instruction. Please check whether the output required for excitation is constant or variable, and then select a model that is suitable for the electromagnetic chuck's rating.
