■Extreme pressure additive XL-27

If you suspect that the cause of a mechanical equipment malfunction that you feel is somehow strange is due to lubrication, we recommend XL-27, which is recommended by maintenance personnel, as a reliable additive.
Ecolube XL-27 is a product developed from a different perspective, based on the know-how we have cultivated with our Protech series of extreme pressure additives, which are still very popular and have a track record of nearly 20 years. It has improved compatibility with zinc phosphate additives, which are often found in relatively expensive high-grade lubricating oils, as well as improved rust prevention performance and thermal stability.
We succeeded in actively incorporating calcium sulfonate, which is a stable sulfur compound with a strong cleaning and dispersing effect, into the lubricant. Ultra-fine compound components act on the metal surface, improving load-bearing capacity, friction resistance, and wear resistance during boundary lubrication, and smoothing out unevenness on the metal surface.
