■Features of Ergo Incremental Magnetic Scale

・Magnetic measurement method that is resistant to environments such as water, oil, dust, and vibration ・High-speed measurement: max. 21m/s, protection grade: IP67 ・Maximum gap between sensor head and magnetic scale 2mm, easy to install and no measurement errors - Capable of high-precision submicron measurements (resolution 25μ, 10μ, 1μ, 0.244μ) ・The index pulse (Z phase) can freely set the origin position in 2mm (5mm) increments. ・Simple wiring with built-in translator in small head ・CE mark certified length measurement system

■Summary

・The LMIX/EMIX length measurement system is a linear encoder that has a maximum movement speed of 21m/s and covers a wide range of resolution from 100 to 0.244μm. ・The translator converts the sine wave signal detected by the magnetic sensor into a rectangular wave with a 90 degree phase difference. - The magnetic detection head measures the position of the magnetic tape by moving it without contact with a gap of up to 2.0 mm. ・Since the Ergo length measurement system uses a magnetic measurement method, it is resistant to water, oil, dust, and vibration, making it a maintenance-free length measurement system. - Closed-loop control based on direct measurement of the position of the moving part is not affected by errors caused by belt drive elongation or slip, drive shaft twist, backlash or deflection, making it easy to achieve high-precision positioning.

■LMIX/EMIX series classification

・EMIX1/LMIX1: Ultra-compact magnetic detection head type The translator is installed separately outside the head. Resolution 10μ/25μ ・EMIX2/LMIX2: Ultra-compact type with translator built into the magnetic detection head case; resolution 10μ, 25μ, 100μ ・EMIX23: Same shape as EMIX2, resolution 0.244μ, 0.488μ, 1.0μ ・LMIX22: Same shape as LMIX2, resolution 1.22μ, 2.5μ, 5μ, 10μ
