About This Product

■This is a water-cooled UV curing device that uses a unique four-piece reflector design to consistently obtain effective UV curing with minimal output.

・Effectively removes heat with a total of 8 water streams, 2 on each of the 4 reflective plates, and reduces heat to printed materials to a minimum. - Ideal for printing on heat-sensitive printing materials. - The exhaust air for lamp cooling keeps the inside of the lamp head clean and protected. ・There is no quartz glass cover that reduces UV irradiation efficiency. - Easy lamp replacement without tools. ・Ozone-less lamps can also be used.

■Unique optimal design - 4 reflectors Baldwin's UV lamp head QuadCu™

The cutting-edge optical design and lamp drive circuit enable stable and highly efficient irradiation with a wide range of lamps, from mercury to metal halides.

■Features 1 High-power 2-lamp type lamp

240W/cm x 2 lights or 200W/cm x 3 lights can be selected for the paper ejection section. ⇒2-light type allows cost reduction

■Feature 2 Lamp housing exclusively for Iroma

Optimized reflector shape achieves highly efficient reflection. ⇒Less loss and save energy

■Feature 3: Air/water cooling type

Perfect airflow management and proper arrangement of 8 cooling water holes efficiently remove heat from lamps and reflectors. We have achieved a longer lifespan for the reflector.

■Feature 4 Clean reflector

The unique shape of the reflector creates an exhaust air flow path that reduces the adhesion of dust. There is no need for a quartz glass plate that causes UV loss, further reducing maintenance and providing stable output.

■Other features

- Power consumption during standby is 30% less than during operation. (40% of other companies) ・Because the radiation range is narrow, heat radiation is significantly reduced. (Approx. 33% reduction: compared to other companies' products) -More than 1,000 systems are already in operation around the world. We can make suggestions based on our track record. ・At Baldwin, we also design our own lamps. Therefore, the lamp can be replaced without tools and is very easy. In addition, it has been optimally designed for this device and maximizes the performance of the device. We can also create special lamps that other companies don't have. (Example: 240W/cm, Black UV, etc.)
