About This Product
■This is a water-cooled UV curing device that uses a unique four-piece reflector design to consistently obtain effective UV curing with minimal output.
・Effectively removes heat with a total of 8 water streams, 2 on each of the 4 reflective plates, and reduces heat to printed materials to a minimum.
- Ideal for printing on heat-sensitive printing materials.
- The exhaust air for lamp cooling keeps the inside of the lamp head clean and protected.
・There is no quartz glass cover that reduces UV irradiation efficiency.
- Easy lamp replacement without tools.
・Ozone-less lamps can also be used.

■Feature 3: Air/water cooling type
Perfect airflow management and proper arrangement of 8 cooling water holes efficiently remove heat from lamps and reflectors. We have achieved a longer lifespan for the reflector.
■Feature 4 Clean reflector
The unique shape of the reflector creates an exhaust air flow path that reduces the adhesion of dust. There is no need for a quartz glass plate that causes UV loss, further reducing maintenance and providing stable output.
