About This Product

Olefin barrier tube E-BTO-2×4 (100m roll)

■Features・Odor barrier: Suppresses the transfer of fluid odors from the outside of the tube and the permeation of odors generated from the fluid to the outside.
・Oxygen barrier: Has approximately twice the barrier performance of commercially available fluorine tubes, suppressing oxygen from entering the tube and the formation of air bubbles inside the tube.
・Plasticizer-free: Uses oil-free material that does not contain plasticizers that cause eluted substances.
・Low elution: Food products because there are fewer elution substances compared to PVC. Suitable for beverage applications.
・Chemical resistance: The inner layer is made of polyethylene and has excellent chemical resistance.
・Green procurement: Does not contain the 10 substance groups of the revised RoHS Directive (RoHS2.0) on July 22, 2019, or is below the threshold.
・Food hygiene: Conforms to the Food Sanitation Law and standards for foods, additives, etc. (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370, 1958).

・Preventing measurement errors in analytical equipment due to oxygen contamination

・Deaeration treatment application in the manufacturing process of secondary batteries
・Suppression of dissolved oxygen and air bubbles in water-based ink of printing equipment
・Suppression of bubble generation during ultrasonic cleaning process
