The Watermill card storage system can process up to 3,780 personalized plastic cards belonging to different jobs on demand. There is no need to manually sort cards in advance, reducing time and the risk of human error. Watermill automates the task of sorting cards, which is currently often done manually. Card storage is up to 8,000 cards/hour, card ejection is up to 6,000 cards/hour, and the ability to sort cards is incomparable to manual processing.
If done manually, the work would have to rely on the operator's visual inspection, but with the advent of numberless cards in recent years, there are limits to manual work. Watermill can perform reliable sorting by reading card information, storing it in storage, and inputting data that specifies the order of discharge.
