■High versatility and long continuous operationFusion Cross is a high-performance inserting system that is highly versatile, long-lasting, and compatible with a wide range of envelope formats. In addition to standard sizes, a single Fusion system can handle large formats such as square size 2 Western envelopes (C4) size. It has a processing capacity of up to 24,000 emails/hour for standard sizes and up to 16,000 emails/hour for non-standard sizes.

■Introduction benefits and featuresUnique "flow principle" enables stable enclosing even at high speeds. The “Flow-Principle” ensures that the production process runs smoothly from start to finish. Even at the highest processing speeds, this revolutionary new inserting principle provides extremely reliable processing.

Reliable sealing through careful water temperature control. To ensure the envelope flap closes, FusionCross focuses on the temperature of the water. By carefully controlling and maintaining the water temperature at which the glue is most likely to dissolve, we have achieved unprecedented sealing reliability.

Supports a variety of processing with the reloading function of the enclosed material feeder. FusionCross is available in two types: friction type feeder and rotary type feeder. The optional changeable function allows the enclosure feeder to be replaced and operated. Even when changing the order of enclosed items, there is no need to disturb and readjust the feeder settings, greatly improving operational efficiency.
