About This Product
Hanging transportation and sorting equipment for clothing and accessories. A sorter with high-density storage, buffer and sorting functions. Transport items using pouches (pockets) or hangers. Suitable for a wide range of items, from apparel and cosmetics to household goods and digital goods.
■Space-saving hanging conveyor system
Save space by hanging the pouch on rollers that run on an overhead track. The pouch can hold various products weighing up to 2.5 kg, allowing for high-density storage and transportation of products. Suitable for a wide range of products such as apparel, cosmetics, and miscellaneous goods. Save space and make better use of valuable floor space.
■Transport to work stations in desired order (order function)
Products placed in pouches or hung on hangers at the loading station can be transported and temporarily stored, and then transported to the work station in the desired order according to shipping instructions (order function). It can be used as a buffer between the previous and subsequent processes.
■Used for sorting returns and production process
The buffer and sorting functions of the pouch sorter can also be used to sort returns (by item, category, etc.). Once stored in the pouch sorter, items can be sorted in order at work stations. In the production process, by using the pouch sorter's buffering and sorting functions for work-in-progress, it can be used to take out the necessary work-in-progress at the required timing for the next process.
