About This Product
A "push-tray type" line sorter that fits into limited spaces. Ideal for installation areas with restrictions such as narrow spaces. A ``push tray type'' general-purpose sorter for small and medium-sized piece items and case items.
■Space-saving line layout
Optisorter V is a vertical type that saves space. It is possible to design a layout that flexibly accommodates the installation area. The ideal sorting solution for handling a wide variety of items up to 15kg.
■High processing capacity
Despite the compact equipment, the machine capacity is 6,000 to 12,000 trays/h class (varies depending on conveyance speed, tray size, etc.)
■Gentle extrusion/high sorting accuracy
- Careful sorting with smooth extrusion.
・Forcible discharge that is directly pushed out with a pusher ensures that the materials are sorted into the designated chute.

■Layout according to space and operation method
Since Optisorter V is a vertical sorter, you can secure a large number of chute openings by sorting on both sides, and you can make effective use of limited space by installing it next to a wall with a sorting configuration on one side. After shooting, by combining it with a digital picking system that uses a scanner and display, it is possible to perform secondary sorting to sort into a larger number of openings.
