■Principle
・Process air is supplied from the top of the device, passes through the tablet layer through the mouth ring, and is exhausted. Since there is no pulsation in the process air, no temperature unevenness, and no short paths, it is expected to improve coating efficiency and save energy.
・The rotating drum uses a 30° inclined drum with excellent mixing properties.
・The spray device uses the high-pressure, low-airflow nozzle P-LAV, which has a proven track record.
・By lowering the equipment ventilation pressure loss compared to conventional machines, it is possible to operate with a large air volume and shorten production time.

- Compatible with a wide range of preparation amounts: The inclined drum and NPD flow ensure that the tablet layer is aerated even when preparing small quantities. It is possible to manufacture a wide range of batch sizes up to 30-40% of the maximum batch size.
・Equipped with P-LAV low air volume nozzle as standard: Reduces compressed air consumption by 30%. Low airflow reduces rebound and dusting. Able to create high quality mist even in high flow rate and high viscosity ranges
■Various designs considering workability and cleanability
・The large door on the surface of the device and the slanted drum make loading the center easy. Additionally, the acrylic door makes it easier to see inside the device.
・By removing one discharge port clamp, the entire amount can be discharged in a short time.
-The spray nozzle unit can be removed with one touch. Spray distance, spray angle, and spray position can be adjusted without tools.
・The drum cooling mechanism prevents defects such as film peeling.
・In addition, by using a drum heating mechanism, it is possible to improve the yield during chocolate coating and wax coating (drum cooling and heating mechanisms are optional)
