About This Product

■Tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor with bottom electrode structure using conductive polymer in the cathode layerThe TCB type is a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor with a bottom electrode structure that uses a conductive polymer for the cathode layer. By using a conductive polymer with high conductivity, the equivalent series resistance (ESR) has been significantly reduced. This not only increases the allowable ripple current but also provides excellent noise removal in high frequency circuits.

■Features・Low ESR, low impedance: By using a conductive polymer for the cathode layer, we have achieved lower equivalent series resistance (ESR) and low impedance. In addition to increasing the allowable ripple current, it is ideal for noise removal in high frequency ranges.
・Temperature stability: The temperature dependence of ESR is small, and the temperature characteristics are stable from -55℃ to 105℃.
・Ultra-compact and large capacity: By adopting a bottom electrode structure, the land dimensions can be designed to be approximately the same size as the terminals, so in conjunction with the miniaturization of components, the mounting area can be reduced to 1/2 to 1/3 compared to conventional structures. It made it possible to make it smaller.
・Flame retardant: Even in the unlikely event of a short-circuit failure, the characteristics of the conductive polymer make it difficult to emit smoke or catch fire, ensuring a high level of safety.
・Compliant with RoHS Directive, completely lead-free product
