■Tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor using conductive polymer in the cathode layer
The TCA type is a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor that uses a conductive polymer for the cathode layer. By using a conductive polymer with high conductivity, the equivalent series resistance (ESR) has been significantly reduced. This not only increases the allowable ripple current but also provides excellent noise removal in high frequency circuits.
■Features
・Low ESR, low impedance: By using conductive polymer for the cathode layer, we have achieved lower equivalent series resistance (ESR) and lower impedance. In addition to increasing the allowable ripple current, it is ideal for noise removal in high frequency ranges.
・Temperature stability: The temperature dependence of ESR is small, and the temperature characteristics are stable from -55℃ to 105℃.
・Small size and large capacity: Compared to multilayer ceramic capacitors and aluminum electrolytic capacitors, it is smaller and has larger capacity.
・Flame retardant: Even in the unlikely event of a short-circuit failure, the characteristics of the conductive polymer make it difficult to emit smoke or catch fire, ensuring a high level of safety.
・Compliant with RoHS Directive, completely lead-free product
