About This Product

■Suitable for use in high temperature environmentsType 271 is a highly heat-resistant chip tantalum capacitor that is suitable for use in high-temperature environments.

■Features・Model 271 is a series of high heat-resistant products developed by developing materials such as high-purity tantalum powder and improving the element and cathode processes.Compared to our Model 267, the continuous operating temperature range is 125℃ to 150℃ (when voltage is reduced). It has been elevated to.
・Moisture resistance: 85℃ 85% R.H. 1000 hours.
- Has good "self-alignment" due to dimensional accuracy and symmetrical electrode structure suitable for high-density mounting.
- Recommended board mounting conditions are 320℃ and 10 seconds, and can be used for both reflow and immersion.
- Suitable for applications that require high reliability such as ECUs and A/Ts in automobile engine compartments.
