Chip tantalum capacitors that are compatible with high-density mounting are widely used in high-performance small portable devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, and hearing aids, as well as portable AV devices such as digital video cameras, digital still cameras, and portable audio devices. It greatly contributes to the miniaturization and high performance of multimedia equipment.

■Features・By adopting a bottom electrode structure, the land dimensions can be designed to be approximately the same size as the terminals, making it possible to reduce the mounting area to 1/2 to 1/3 compared to conventional structures, along with downsizing the components. It will be.
