About This Product

Measuring LED parameters is a unique metrology. For example, CIE-compliant luminance intensity and radiation intensity may be very weak. INPSEC uses a direct lens couple unit that can ensure sensitivity even in such low-light LED measurements. This optical design is compatible with a wide variety of LEDs, from small SMTs to high-power LEDs. It also has colorimetric and radiometric capabilities in accordance with CIE127-2007 and NIST.

INSPEC-LH200, which is configured with an integrating sphere, can measure luminescence amount and radiation output. The sample holder has a mechanism that sets the LED inside the integrating sphere opening, allowing all emitted light to be captured inside the integrating sphere. The inside of the integrating sphere is coated with a highly reflective and diffused white coating. Auxiliary lamps are standard accessories.
