About This Product

Measuring LED parameters is a unique metrology. For example, CIE-compliant luminance intensity and radiation intensity may be very weak. INPSEC uses a direct lens couple unit that can ensure sensitivity even in such low-light LED measurements. This optical design is compatible with a wide variety of LEDs, from small SMTs to high-power LEDs. It also has colorimetric and radiometric capabilities in accordance with CIE127-2007 and NIST.

INSPEC-IH100 is capable of measuring CIE127-2007 compliant emission intensity and all wavelength parameters (dominant wavelength, etc.).
