■Compact yet powerful performance
The EnSpectr Raman microscope system RamMics enables qualitative analysis of samples using Raman measurements with a spatial resolution of less than 2 μm. Acquire Raman spectra with simple operations and automatically perform library matching. Photoluminescence measurement is also possible. The compact and robust design does not require any troublesome adjustments and can be used right away.
■Epoch-making low wave number model
RamMics also has low wavenumber models equipped with state-of-the-art notch filters.
Stokes: 7-4,000cm^-1
Anti-Stokes: -1,000 to -7cm^-1
Resolution: 3cm^-1
■2D Raman mapping option
RamMics has the option of Raman mapping measurements using an automated XY stage. Wide area mapping measurement of 75 x 75 mm or 102 x 102 mm is possible with a resolution of 0.36 μm.
■Raman module
This Raman module has a light source, spectrometer, and detector all in one in a compact body. The excitation wavelength is 532nm, and the spectrometer section is equipped with a 75mm focal length, a 1,200g/mm holographic grating, and a 3,648-pixel linear array CCD, covering a range of 140 to 6,030cm^-1.
■Software
・Intuitive and graphical user interface ・Baseline correction effectively removes background noise ・TXT file format compatible with various analysis software ・Quick identification through library matching
・Can be added to library database
■Application
Semiconductors/Solar cells, Food/Agricultural products, Pharmacy, Geology/Mineralogy, Environmental science, Chemical processes, Medical diagnosis, Forensic analysis, Gemology
■Add-on to existing microscope
There is also a MicroKit option that allows you to build a Raman microscope system by adding an add-on to your existing microscope. Microscopes are limited to trinocular tube types.
