About This Product
After the bond is finished, the punch and die must be pulled away from the sheet metal. For this, you will need a stripper on the punch and die.
■Tool holding fixture
Strippers often serve as holders for tool fixation, and the standard components of TOX®-strippers provide ideal tool retention and fixation.
■Blank holder
During TOX® caulking, the sheet metal around the joining point is drawn in, similar to the deep drawing process. Designers need to clamp and secure the workpiece using a constant pressure force. The stripper spring is compressed during this process.
■Stripper
After the bond is finished, the punch and die must be pulled away from the sheet metal. The force required for it is determined by testing and is stated in the TOX®-test report. Stripper movement and force is generated by a preloaded stripper spring.
