About This Product

■Summary

This is a broadband stationary pseudo-radio wave propagation path developed for electromagnetic radiation measurement/survey and measurement of radiation characteristics of compact antennas. Various portable information terminal devices can be installed on the rotary table inside the chamber, and it is possible to measure vertical and horizontal polarization radiation patterns, reception sensitivity patterns, etc.

■Features

This is a broadband chamber developed for electromagnetic radiation measurement/survey from 300MHz to 40GHz and measurement of small antenna radiation characteristics. There is a rotating table inside the chamber, where various portable information terminal devices can be installed, and it is possible to easily measure vertical and horizontal polarization radiation patterns and reception sensitivity patterns. 300MHz to 40GHz is divided into three bands. ・Band 1 300MHz to 6GHz ・Band 2 6GHz to 12GHz ・Band 3 12GHz to 40GHz Radio waves transmitted and received from mobile information terminal devices are combined by a pseudo far-field antenna that is installed in a chamber and consists of special antennas with vertical and horizontal polarization. This built-in antenna is designed to prevent load fluctuations due to mutual coupling from being applied to the antenna of the device under test. It has an excellent function that allows transmission and reception characteristics, which are determined at anechoic chamber measurement sites, to be observed in real time in the laboratory. This device has a wideband design that supports various communication methods from 300MHz to 40GHz, and is a product that takes future communication methods into consideration.

■Polarization

Vertical polarization/horizontal polarization can be selected by connecting the RF connector on the top rear of the chamber. Includes a Dsub 16-pin connector and RF connector connected to the turntable with a rotary joint.
