About This Product

■Summary

Single-line central lubrication systems are equipped with small pumps that can be driven pneumatically or hydraulically, as shown in the table below. All of these pumps operate a single plunger using pneumatic or hydraulic power to pump lubricant, and are compact and use power from the main engine to ensure reliable lubrication with simple control. It is suitable for lubricating small and medium-sized machines. These pumps are used in conjunction with the reservoir described on the next page.

■ Features

- Can be used in explosion-proof areas by using a solenoid valve that supports explosion-proof specifications. - Since the discharge amount per shot of the pump can be adjusted, it can be used as a metering valve with the optimal amount of oil supply. - The pump and reservoir are placed separately, so they can be installed in the most suitable location.

■ Purpose

Presses, machine tools, die-casting machines, injection machines, vulcanizers, heat treatment machines, dryers, and other small and medium-sized machines
