This is a 5,000 pixel line sensor camera that uses a proprietary analog signal circuit and is both low noise and low cost. The difficulty in installing line sensor cameras is thought to be due to the difficulty in selecting lenses and the difficulty in creating two-dimensional images. ■Features
- Original circuit achieves high performance and ultra-low cost. DC coupling up to the output reduces signal disturbances due to sudden changes in input light or drive. Low noise has been achieved by simplifying the transmission system. We have achieved lower power consumption, easier heat dissipation measures, and higher reliability of electronic components.
・Achieves low distortion transmission with push-pull output of video signals (effective when using other than pure resistive loads)
-Easy system adjustment with total gain and total offset adjustment volume.
- Improved FA specifications and heat dissipation by using an aluminum die-cast frame.
・Can use our original dedicated lens Can we use consumer compatible lenses to perform high-precision measurements? In addition to consumer compatible lenses, this camera can also be equipped with our original dedicated lenses (including telecentric lenses).
