About This Product

It has lower water absorption than 66 nylon, and does not lose its stiffness as much as 66 nylon even when washed with water. It is often used for applications where water is poured over it. 610 nylon and 612 nylon have similar properties. Depending on the wire diameter, it may be 610 or 612.

■Characteristics

・Melting point 212℃ Usage limit 100℃ or less ・Dissolved in concentrated hydrochloric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid. Almost unaffected by alkalis. Phenol dissolved in formic acid. Swells in glacial acetic acid.
