■Summary
This is an automatic logistics management system that automatically reads the characters, numbers, and codes of product roll labels, IJPs, etc. during transportation, collates the contents, and saves the data. We will propose a system customized according to the factory situation and usage.
■Label printing inspection
It reads the printed content (numbers, letters, barcodes, 2D codes) on labels affixed to products, collates, judges, and saves the content.
■Paper tube inspection
AI functions are used to inspect the paper around the paper tube, as well as protrusions and dents in the paper tube.
■Dishing inspection
The unevenness of the product edge is measured with a 3D sensor, and an OK/NG judgment is made based on the difference in height.
