■Summary
A process camera is a system that remotely monitors the inside of a vessel such as a high-pressure tank. Since the camera and lighting are integrated, the mounting nozzle can be installed in one place.
Flange type, sanitary type and NPT screw type are available. There are also analog and ethernet cameras. The front part uses a fuse view sight glass, making it safe and usable under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
The lighting uses an optical fiber light guide to send out LED light. The lighting is cool and does not transmit heat.

・Obtained various approvals such as explosion-proof and pressure-resistant in various countries.
・High pressure type of 10,000PSI (690Bar) and high temperature type of 1090℃ are also available.
・High resolution CCD camera. Can output via Ethernet or analog
・There are black and white and color cameras.
・You can clean the camera windshield with a jet spray ring (optional)
