WERKLICHT Video projects measurements onto components in the form of either pseudocolor, data distribution, or individual point measurements.
The projection follows the exact position and dynamically adjusts to the position of the component. Positioning can be dynamically adjusted by recognizing the target with two cameras. This product allows all parties involved in the product development process to be on the same page. It fills the gap in communication and interpretation between field and management staff, and becomes a means of communication to proactively avoid errors.
■Highlights/Guidance/Simulation
You can precisely mark work points, areas, or notes on work steps directly on the workpiece. By projecting a still image in 3D, you can simulate different surfaces or colors to see the correct perspective or hidden areas.
■Visualize/Compare/Inspect
Import CAD data in all standard data formats. Mesh projection is possible by importing CAD data that includes color information. By importing inspection information, mesh color information can be directly projected onto the workpiece.
■Scanning
Mesh color projection of the results of simple scanning and shape comparison is also possible.
■Simple, smart, and speedy operability
Despite the complex technology set, the intuitive user interface makes it possible to master it with little training.
■Accessories
Used for smart targeting of components. Flexible self-centering, using pins, using corners and edges, magnetic adapters can be fixed to any metal parts.
