TRACKSCAN-P series optical tracking type 3D scan system. Markerless 3D scan system that can be measured CMM.
■ Three scanning mode
・ High -speed scan mode with a maximum of 2.6 million points/second: Scanning quickly can be made quickly
・ High resolution scan mode with a maximum resolution of 0.020mm: The texture and surface texture are clearly reproduced
・ Deep Hole Scan Mode: Difficult depth and interval measurements are also possible in deep holes and hole pitches.
■ Trackscan-P 4 features
1. It is a handy 3D scanner with a blue laser as a light source. Blue lasers have a characteristic that they are less likely to be affected by external light and heat (interference) because of their shorter wavelengths and higher energy than infrared rays. As a result, scanning is possible for black and glossy materials with low reflective rates without using powdered spray. In addition, accurate measurements are achieved even in an environment where direct sunlight and heat fluctuation are severe, such as outdoors and factories.
2. It is a high -performance device that can detect the boundary in the image using a gray scale value. By attaching an auxiliary optical module (i-hole), the lighting is uniform and the shape of the hole can be accurately extracted. With this function, it can be used for various purposes such as precision measurement of sheet metal parts.
3. With a portable CMM measurement device, you can get a high -precision shape data (maximum accuracy of 0.030mm) simply by applying the probe directly to the target surface. This device can also measure narrow areas such as deep holes, circles, slots, etc., and support a wide range of applications such as inspection and dimension measurement.
4. M-Track optical tracker is a device that can track the object with a camera to make a high-precision 3D scan without a marker. If this tracker is added, the measurement range can be expanded to up to about 16m. Therefore, it is possible to scan smoothly for large objects such as automobiles, aircraft, and ships.
