■ Product overview
The 3D scanner is a three -dimensional camera for process tests suitable for inline measurement, and can have sufficient shape tests for various shapes compared to the conventional two -dimensional test. It is possible to install multiple 3D scanners in the process and perform the requested tests at high speed and high accuracy. We also have a PRO series that emphasizes accuracy for industrial use, and inexpensive COM series for consumer use.
■ Characteristics
-The fringe stripes in the "face" unit that runs from 3D scanners are LED white light, resistant to the surface color and floor vibration of the work, and is a site -type 3D sensor that is superior to the laser beam system.
・ There is no need for measurement light sources that are absolutely necessary for two -dimensional image processing, and general lighting is sufficiently advantageous and more advantageous.
・ If several points of measurements enter the camera in one view of the camera, pass or fail in 2-3 seconds.
・ If the measurement site does not enter the field of the camera, the entire work is passed or moved by fixing or moving multiple cameras toward the measurement site.
・ For inline inspection of mass -produced products, take out the work on the offline inspection stand and perform.
・ Displays the good and defective items of the measurement work at the counter.
・ Verification of accuracy is used to use the attached ball gauge and step gauge. The measurement is automatic measurement by timer logger.
・ Regular proofreading can be performed by customers. We will calibrate at our company in the event of a failure such as out of ball.
