■ Product overview
It is a 3D digital camera -type measuring machine that is mainly effective in launching a prototype of the pipe bending processing below, and measures the camera position for the work while moving manually.
■ PT-1
If you connect the measuring machine to the pipe vendor to bend, perform automatic correction of the error in one measurement and perform good processing from the second one. Parts and branch tube measurements attached to the pipe are also possible.
■ GP-1
The same pipe measurement function as the PT-1, a three-dimensional measurement of a press plate bell of about 50 cm or less, and a CAD can be performed.
■ Product feature
・ Measures the center of the pipe and detects an error with the drawing data (PT-1, GP-1 in the specification table).
・ Vendor and feed the processing error and automatically correct it. (Specifications table PT-1, GP-1 type).

・ The specified dimensions of the terminal processing and the hole position of the terminal parts and the surface direction can be measured. (Specifications Table PT-1, GP-1 type)
・ You can measure the correlation dimensions of the specified point of the assembly pipe such as the air conditioner collection tube and exhaust manifold. (Specifications Table PT-1, GP-1 type)
・ Inside R measurement of bending R portion, outside R measurement and the average center line of bending R can be extracted. (Specifications in the table PT-1, GP-1)
・ You can measure the entire shape of the optional single parts such as flange, various press parts, casting items, etc. (Specifications in the table GE-1, GP-1)
・ You can create 2DCAD drawings from the measurement data of master pipes and master parts. (Specifications in the GE-1, GP-1+Ride Design XOR Software)
