■ Product overview
This is a non -contact -type 3D 3D measuring machine equipped with a 3D digital camera. It automatically detects (optional) the camera position for the work, and measure while moving the camera. High -speed, high -precision, high -density measurement can be done easily. Surf taizer (300SⅡ, 700SⅡ, 2,000LⅡ, 6,000LⅡ) Series depending on the size of the work (measured). Equipped with 3D camera as standard. The option can be added to the coaxial laser probe and touch probe.
In addition to the conventional teaching playback automatic measurement, it is possible to automatically measure the outline of the work with an option with a laser and automatically operate the camera along the work surface.
■ Characteristics
・ In the surf tiezer series, you can create a completely unmanned measurement function with composite data in "face" and "point" units. The worker is released from the measurement work. (option)
・ It is convenient to use the teaching playback automatic measurement for measurement before and after the correction of N works and molds.
・ Measurement of narrow staple walls, holes, and bottom can be measured with an coaxial sensor or contact type touch probe. (option)
・ From the measurement point group data, you can output the comparison color map of 3DCAD and the measurement result and various measurement inspection tables. (Use optional software)
-Since the density of the point group is high, it is possible to apply precise surface (reverse engineering). (Use optional software)
