■ Product overview
-A small precision parts measuring machine that can be mounted with two types of ultra -high -precision laser measurement sensors and high -precision coaxial laser sensors. Automatic measurement of the overall shape is possible by high -precision movable axis (orthogonal 3 axis + 1 axis of rotation).
・ Three laser -type 3D measuring machines have been developed to answer the needs of “non -contact” 3D measuring machines per 1 to 10 microns in small items.
・ High -precision laser displacement gauge is attached to a three -axis high -precision orthogonal robot, and it has a 360 -degree NC control type work table.
・ Measure the full cross -sectional line at a high density simply by fixing the measurement work on the work table.
■ Characteristics
・ It is a measuring machine that measures gears and precision parts by non -contact with a laser sensor.
・ High -precision measurement (1 μm to 10 μm) can be made.
・ It can be fully automatic simply by placing the measurement parts on the measurement table.
・ It is not necessary to prepare for measurements such as coordinates before measuring.
・ The measurement accuracy is completely air -conditioned inside the measured machine, making it less likely to be affected by the external environment.
・ Because the table top is vertical, the installation area is small.
・ Gloss can be measured by the harbing process.
-The option sensor can be measured in deep holes and small parts.
・ Easy manual measurement with a CCD monitor, it is easy to observe automatic measurement.
