About This Product
■ Product overview
・ It is a hybrid structure of the hydraulic pump and AC servo motor, a hydraulic system of the new principle that exceeds the world's highest hydraulic servo valve.
・ No electromagnetic valve is required, so you can control the cylinder forward, retreat, thrust, and speed with the same accuracy as a servo valve.
・ Since the oil path does not open and close like a servo valve, it does not need to water cooling the oil temperature, so it saves energy.
・ No large oil tank is required, and no noise is generated.
■ Product usage
There are two types of ddv hydraulic servo pumps
1. If a DDV hydraulic servo pump is adopted as the hydraulic source of the new equipment, energy saving, miniaturization, and higher accuracy are realized. You can differentiate from competitors.
2. By changing the hydraulic device of an old equipment to a DDV pack that integrates the DDV hydraulic servo pump + control device, you can easily remodel old equipment into NC machinery.

・ Application of DDV pump
Energy -saving high -precision remodeling of the existing servo valve hydraulic machinery is removed from the complex hydraulic piping, electromagnetic valve, and large tanks, and the linear scale is attached to the NC control axis cylinder. In the machine whose cylinder control is serial operation, one DDV pump is installed, and if the cylinder contains parallel operation, the DDV pump is attached by the number of cylinders. By controlling these with a new DDV control device, it transforms into a fine NC machine.
