About This Product
■ Overview
The hydroforming machine HNG series can be molded that could not be performed by hydro processing that only applied the conventional water pressure by the proprietary hammering method (patent) that pulse and extend the water pressure.
Hydro -processing is used for hydrogen and high -water pressure driving sources, which adopts our DDV hydraulic servo pump, and has a power consumption of 1/3 and 2/3 of the installation area compared to the hydro forming using the conventional hydraulic pressure. Realized a good machine. For control, a P-MAC-type NC control device that can synchronize high-speed and high-precision synchronization is adopted.
Machines from 1,000 kn to 30,000 kn are prepared as standard. In addition, custom -ordering is possible depending on the needs of our customers.
■ Characteristics
・ There is a machine size of 100 to 3,000 according to the molding power.
・ Pipe press ・ Replacement of welding processes can be replaced with hydro one process to reduce costs
・ "Patent" Hummering processing makes it easier to transfer material meat, achieving precision and high expansion ratio.
