■ Explanation of E, C, O rank
・ Pipe vendors are also shouting energy saving worldwide. On the other hand, intense price competition is being held. The mass -produced pipe vendor is focused on production speeds, people -saving and energy -saving equipment costs.
-The prototype system emphasizes the initial introduction cost of equipment. In order to respond to these, we have prepared E, C, and O ranking on all vendors, enhancing the selection of mass -produced and prototype vendors.
・ E rank
It is an ideal standard for high -speed, high -precision, and energy saving, a whole axis motor NC control method. The E -rank can be adjusted within the standard speed to 130%of the processing speed.
・ C rank
The performance equivalent to the E rank has been reduced by reducing costs. DDV hydraulic servo pumps (small power, 1/2 2 energy -saving AC servo pump), bending head left and right, booster, and pressure type are NC control. By motor NC control, bend, send, twist, chuck up and down, mandreael up and down.
With general hydraulic pressure, the shime type, chuck opening and closing, and pipes are performed. The C rank can be adjusted in the standard speed -120%range.
・ O rank
It can be provided cheaply with conventional global standard specifications. O rank standard processing speed increases is optional. The driving source is mixed with motors, hydraulic and air depending on the model.
