About This Product
FX10 is a medium-sized 3D printer that improves printing speed without compromising print quality. It can print at twice the speed of the X7, and with its heat chamber function and automatic material exchange, it is possible to produce large, high-quality parts. The FX10, which is compatible with a wider range of applications, significantly reduces component manufacturing costs and lead times.
■Build large parts at high speed
The FX10 has a printing volume that is approximately twice that of the X7, while being able to print at speeds that are approximately twice as fast as the X7. Therefore, the FX10 is expected to be used more as a production machine.
■Heated printing chamber and vacuum printing bed
The FX10 heats a large chamber up to 60°C to print high-quality parts at high speed. The aluminum build bed is also heated and calibrated by laser scanning the precisely machined grooves.
■Vision module and laser micrometer
FX10 is equipped with two optical sensors. In addition to dimensional verification and calibration using a laser micrometer, the vision module functionality allows you to obtain detailed images of calibration parts and monitor printer status.
■Automatic spool switching function
The FX10 allows material spools to be set in each individually sealed material cabinet. Up to 4 spools of material can be set and automatic material spool switching is possible.
