About This Product

■Summary

Due to its excellent functionality, heat-resistant glass is used in a wide range of applications, from everyday items such as microwave ovens, kitchen top plates, and stoves to components for optical and electronic devices and high-temperature firing furnaces. Neoceram, a super heat-resistant crystallized glass, is widely used around the world due to its excellent thermal shock resistance, mechanical strength, hardness, thermal uniformity, and electrical properties. Depending on the molding and processing method, it is possible to give it a shape that suits the purpose, such as plates, pipes, and pressed products. Because Neoceram can be molded into a variety of shapes, it is also used as a jig for high-temperature firing. Due to its low porosity, it can be used in environments where cleanliness is required. Typical uses include stoves and fireplace windows. Due to its near-zero coefficient of thermal expansion, it is also used as a carrier glass for firing electronic components, and its applications are expanding into the electronics and information fields. 〈Neoceram N-0〉 is a transparent zero-expansion crystallized glass with a heat resistance temperature of approximately 750℃, and 〈Neoceram N-11〉 is a white low-expansion crystallized glass with a heat resistance temperature of approximately 850℃. All of them are thin, lightweight, and have a small heat capacity, and are used in carriers and heater covers for firing low-temperature polysilicon, organic EL, solar cells, etc., as well as heat beds and tables for 3D printers.
