About This Product

Design and manufacture custom slip rings by combining standard parts.

■Features

-The rotor is integrally molded to reduce costs. - Sealed structure prevents sliding powder from scattering. A cleaning port is also provided for maintenance. ・The power system uses copper carbon brushes and can transmit a large capacity of 5A. ・The coupling connection type uses a special coupling, making installation and wiring work easy.

■Maintenance

Remove the cover and air clean every 5 million revolutions or every year. At that time, wipe the surface of the ring with a soft cloth soaked in alcohol. silver carbon brush and copper carbon brush

■Comparison of contact reliability

The surface of copper carbon brushes is easily oxidized, and a thick carbon film tends to adhere to the ring surface, so contact resistance in signal systems (microvoltage, microcurrent) is likely to increase.
