About This Product

■Solution using tile adjustment methodBy using an organic base conditioning coating material, the following performance of the adhesive is fully demonstrated.

■Advantages of tile adjustment method・One-component type that does not require the mixing work required for mortar construction. Stable construction quality can be ensured because the contents can be removed from the film pack and used as is.
・Organic base conditioning coating materials do not dry out and do not require absorption conditioning agents, so there is no risk of poor curing.
・Organic base conditioning coating materials do not require ultra-high pressure washing or roughening processes like mortar, and curing time is short, so it is possible to shorten the construction period by up to 14 days just by adjusting the base.
・After curing, it becomes a rubber-like elastic body, which alleviates cracks in the structure and distortions caused by temperature differences, making it difficult for tiles to peel off.

■It is possible to reduce life recycling costs.The Tile Adjust® construction method not only reduces costs by shortening the construction period, but also significantly reduces periodic inspection costs by streamlining periodic inspections. According to technical advice from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism published in May 2018, the method for investigating "exterior wall tiles" in periodic building inspection reports will be significantly streamlined for construction that meets certain conditions.

In principle, the inspection method for exterior wall tiles required a full-face survey every 10 years, but in this technical advice, instead of a full-scale survey for exterior wall tiles with organic elastic base preparation and elastic adhesive coating, It is possible to change the method to survey one location on each floor.

By adopting the Tile Adjust® construction method, it is possible to reduce the cost of periodic inspections to up to 1/10 without having to perform large-scale temporary construction work using scaffolding for full-scale hearing surveys every 10 years after completion of construction.
