About This Product

■Product overview

Diamondization greatly improves tool life. This is a rotary tool that uses sintered diamond (PCD) as the cutting edge material. It is used not only for non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, but also for non-metal materials such as resin and wood. We offer a variety of products to meet your needs, including reamers, drills, reamers, and end mills.

■Features

・By integrating the stepped shape of the entire mold, it is possible to finish multiple multi-step holes in one go. ・By applying sintered diamond, tool life is dramatically improved compared to existing carbide tools. ・A good machined surface without burning can be obtained at a cutting speed of 300m/min or higher. ・Stable machining is possible even when using an emulsion water-soluble cutting fluid or in a semi-dry environment.
