About This Product

■Product overview

Achieves both precision and sharpness at a high level. Like the RZ type, it is manufactured using precision electroforming technology. Since diamond abrasive grains are arranged regularly, the concentration of diamond abrasive grains can be set according to dressing conditions and required accuracy. In addition, since the profile shape is formed, lapping is performed on the surface of the diamond abrasive grain, but our proprietary technology keeps the amount of lapping to a minimum, so the sharpness is not impaired. Since diamond abrasive grains are arranged regularly, the concentration of diamond abrasive grains can be set according to dressing conditions and required accuracy.
