About This Product

■Product overview

Fixed abrasive lap surface plate that is friendly to people and the environment. In fixed abrasive processing, we use the "VDP Bond" series, which was developed based on vitrified bond, to maintain good abrasive retention and sharpness. In general, using fixed abrasive grains with the same grain size as lapping with free abrasive grains will increase machining speed, but the surface roughness and appearance will deteriorate. Also, using fine grains improves the cutting quality, but it causes problems such as poor cutting quality and reduced processing speed. The "VDP Bond" series maintains stable sharpness even with fine grains.
