■Variety selection guide

・AW: Excellent high-temperature deformation resistance, blackening resistance, and earthquake resistance, and contains less impurity gas and has a long life. ・AX: Compared to conventional materials, the recrystallization temperature is 50 to 200°C higher, the dope pores are smaller, and the length of the crystal structure after recrystallization is 3 to 4 times longer, greatly improving non-sag properties. did. ・EX: Contains little impurity gas, has excellent high-temperature deformation resistance and corrosion resistance against deposited metals such as Al, Ni, and Cr, has a long life, and is the world's first-class filament material. ・DW: Long-life tungsten that facilitates thermionic generation and prevents crystal grain coarsening and grain boundary cracking at the thermionic emission temperature. Upon request, we can also handle coil processing, tip processing, and assembly processing. ・CY (PFW): The most common pure tungsten material. It has good processability, excellent corrosion resistance, and contains little impurity gas. ・EP, KT: By finely dispersing crystal grains, discharge resistance and wear and tear can be significantly reduced. ・4N-W: Tungsten with reduced impurities and increased purity to over 99.99%. ・5N-W: The world's highest level of high-purity tungsten with impurities reduced to the absolute minimum with a purity of over 99.999%. It is used in various discharge lamp electrodes and cutting-edge technology fields where trace amounts of impurities are averse.
