About This Product

■Product overview

We manufacture tungsten carbide powder used in cemented carbide, cermet, diamond tools, electrical contacts, etc. under strict quality control.

■Features

・High melting point: Tungsten has the highest melting point of all metals. It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and extremely high shape stability even in extremely high temperature environments. ・Large electrical resistance: Has relatively large electrical resistance. We offer tungsten rods for various discharge electrodes with improved discharge performance and discharge wear resistance. - High hardness: Tungsten itself is a metal with high hardness, but when combined with carbon, it becomes extremely hard and is used in high-grade cutting tools.

■Others

・Particle size is the average particle size by Fisher method ・WC (%) is the remainder after subtracting F.C, Fe, Mo and NVR from 100 ・T.C: Total Carbon (Total Carbon) T.C can respond to requests other than those listed above. ・F.C: Free Carbon ・NVR: Non-volatile content
