About This Product

BCS-650/G is an environmental testing machine positioned as the highest model of the TBR/ACS series. Please utilize this equipment for post-processing of semiconductor manufacturing, research and development of semiconductor materials, etc. It can be used as an environmental testing machine to perform various tests on materials, parts, etc. in a vacuum to pressurized environment.

■Features

・The pressure inside the chamber can be changed continuously from vacuum to pressurization (maximum 1MPa). ・Heating is possible as well as pressure, and both pressure and temperature can be programmed. ・There are two observation windows (BCS-650G) in the chamber, making it possible to observe the interior under pressurized and depressurized conditions. *For safety reasons, observations will be made with a camera. -Equipped with a stirring fan using our unique magnetic coupling method to achieve stable temperature distribution within the tank. - Equipped with sample signal terminal.
