About This Product

This device is used to remove air bubbles and improve adhesion that occur when bonding OCA (optical film), OCR (optical resin), resist film, film substrates, and other films used in touch panels, etc. As it is a tabletop type, it is suitable for research and development, prototyping in private laboratories, and high-mix, low-volume production.

■Main features

・The processing tank has an all-stainless steel polished finish. -Equipped with a stirring fan inside the pot to achieve precise temperature distribution. - Compact design, flexibly adapts to various specification conditions, and is suitable for small lot/cell production. - Temperature, pressure, and time can be set easily. -Can be used with AC100V power supply and pressurized air utilities.
